Duncan Betts is Director and Lead Architect. His work with SEQ's leading developers and track record designing and delivering over 14 constructed high quality residential towers valued over $2 billion place him among the most experienced and capable residential apartment architects in SEQ. He was Principal Architect and Partner at Rothelowman for 5 years, co-leading the 60-person Queensland studio. David Li is an Associate + Architect at Betts+Partners. He spent over 10 years at Woods Bagot and Rothelowman, delivering high-quality residential apartment projects for SEQ's leading developers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Since joining Betts+Partners, David has led the design of multiple DA submissions and the delivery of a social housing project now on site, consistently bringing strong technical expertise and a genuine, practical, hands-on commitment to design excellence and client outcomes on every residential project he leads. Lauren Fuller is an Associate + Architect at Betts+Partners. She brings over 17 years of experience designing and delivering high quality residential and commercial projects across SEQ, including luxury apartment towers. Since joining Betts+Partners in 2024, Lauren has worked closely with the Director on the design of multiple approved apartment projects and the delivery of a Social + Affordable Housing project, bringing particular strength in construction, contractor coordination and stakeholder engagement to every project she delivers within the practice. Sarah Betts is Co-owner, Practice Manager and Architect at Betts+Partners, and co-founded the practice alongside Duncan in 2024. She combines an artistic background with an architectural career on complex, high-quality projects, including almost a decade at BVN designing and delivering award-winning health architecture such as the Mater Mothers' Maternity Hospital and the Robina Health Precinct. At Betts+Partners, Sarah co-designed Retreat House and brings health expertise, discipline, aesthetic judgement and thoroughness to every project across the practice's residential and social housing work.
